Lil Wayne's upcoming album 'Tha Carter IV' has been delayed for the second time this year. Sources close to the rapper have cited his ‘perfectionist’ instincts as the reason for delaying the release of the record once more: the LP is now scheduled for an August release date.

Simon Cowell is attempting to secure Cheryl Cole’s return to her role as judge on the US series of ‘The X Factor’, according to reports. The Geordie singer was sacked from the show at the beginning of last week after growing concerns that the US audience would be unable to understand her accent.

The scheme is set to attribute music videos with cinema-style 15 or 18 ratings, meaning that certain promos will not allowed to be broadcast until after the watershed at 9pm.
